Optical camera communications link using an LED-coupled illuminating optical fiber

In this Letter, we propose and demonstrate a novel wireless communications link using an illuminating optical fiber as transmitter (Tx) in camera communications. We indoor proof-of-concept system plastic coupled with light-emitting diode commercial the Tx receiver, respectively. For first time, to best of our knowledge, experimentally flicker-free transmission within off-axis rotation angle range 0–45° modulation frequencies 300 500 Hz. also show that reception success rate 100% is achieved for exposure gain 200 µs 25 dB,
